These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, or the breach thereof, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in front of a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the single arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
